COMMUNITY
Our gym is built on sweat, strength, and giving back. From local charities to community events, Body Shop proudly supports the causes that shape our town — because fitness is only one part of the story.

Every year, dewey goes pink
Each October, Body Shop Fitness joins thousands in Dewey Beach for Dewey Goes Pink — a run-walk supporting the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition. Co-founded by Monty from The Starboard and Adam Howard, the event has raised over $1.5 million since 2011 and continues to unite the community in strength, remembrance, and hope.

Burpees for Beebe
In a 100-day fitness challenge, Adam and Bruce complete 100 burpees a day to raise funds for the Beebe Tunnell Cancer Center. The effort brings the community together, with burpees happening across Rehoboth and culminating in a powerful final event at the Bandstand — all in support of local cancer care.
