Core/ Cardio - Workout your abs with Coach Bruce for a 45-minute pure core workout! Low-impact class. Great for beginners!

BRUteCamp - Build some muscle with Coach Bruce during this 1-hour HIITT workout (similar to Barry’s Boot Camp that includes weights and cardio). We have weights ranging from 2 lbs.-100 lbs! Modifications are available for the workouts.
